What You Need to Prepare

• Reserve 1 static IP address for MAC address: {{MAC_ADDRESS_PLACEHOLDER}}

• 4 hostnames for Main, API, SSO, Proxy + 4 DNS A records point to same static IP

• 1 Wildcard SSL Certificate for all services

Wildcard SSL Certificate

Configure your wildcard SSL certificate that will be used for all services.

👤 Frontend Application Credentials

Configure the credentials for users to log into the voicebot application. These are separate from system administration credentials.
